Summer season is amongst us and now it’s time to drop the
winter/autumn woolies and seek out some trendy summer baby girl clothes. Fresh colorful t-shirts paired with loose fitting shorts or casual pants are the go
to options for girls sleepwear. Look for soft lightweight natural fabrics that
are 100% organic cotton or sourced from bamboo as quick stying, breathable, comfy
and lightweight, cool summer options.
Clothing style 1 : Lounge
pants
Little girls t-shirt with comfy lounge pants. We love the casual
look here, with a little bit of loose material around the behind and tapering
in around the lower legs. Match them with a classic white tee and bright
colourful logo. Throw on a pair of flip flops to complete the lounge-around
look.
Clothing style 2 : Casual
tees
We love our casual baby girl t-shirts, with wide stretchy round
necks and cheeky fun designs in zesty colours. To be teamed up with nappies,
shorts, lounge pants or yoga pants alike.
Clothing style 3: All- in-ones
Short sleeve onesies are the absolute summer staple. You cant beat a
baby in a onesie wearing tiny tiny shoes!
One pieces are the most economical and functional basics. Snaps at the
crotch make for easy nappy changing too. Go for envelope necks, which allow for
easy removal as they tretch easily for a
smooth change. Alternatively buttons at the neck also ensure a wide opening and
stress-free outfit change.
Clothing style 4: Short PJ
sets
Short john pjs are just an adorable baby girl sleepwear option for warm
and toasties nights. Short sleeve baby
girl t-shirts pair up with ¾ yoga pants. This ultra soft and casual outfit will
have your little lounge lizard wanting to wear this at home during the day, as
who only wants to be comfortable just at night?
Clothing style 5 : Long
sleeve tees and lounge pants
Long sleeve tees and yoga pants which are a
loose casual fit, allow for unobstructed play. Free flowing and lightweight
clothing wins every time. We would recommend longer sleeve especially when
using the air con during sleep time.

All these sleepwears seem to be very comfortable. When picking pajamas for a newborn, infant, or toddler, comfort is only half the story. The other main factor is safety—especially when dressing newborns to sleep. If it’s very cold, add a layer of a blanket sleeper. If it's warm, you can dress your baby in footie pajamas, or one-piece pajamas with no feet.
